Collect resource snapshots and optionally manage a temporary tracemalloc session.

Attributes:

• trace_allocations – Whether :meth:start may enable tracemalloc.

Initialize a monitor.

Parameters:

• trace_allocations (bool) – Start tracemalloc on :meth:start only when it is not already active.
